These patches are custom printed using our UV printer to give a vibrant and unique image on the leather which is then laser cut precisely around the image and are great for hats, backpacks and anything you can imagine. You can order just one or as many as you'd like and put any image on them! Our patches are a maximum of 2.75" wide or tall, whichever is greatest depending on your design. Typically we recommend about an 1/8" contour of leather to show around it like the images shown. Upon purchase you will need to send the high res image you would like to have printed along with the size specifications you prefer, any other sizes over the standard 2.75" contact us directly. Your image should be high resolution, preferably in a vector file format (SVG, AI, etc) which allows us to easily convert it to a cut file. If your file is not considered high res or needs significant work there may be an additional charge of $15 to adjust your artwork.
For bulk pricing:
$3.00/ea with a minimum of 40 patches as total order with1 images/patch designs. If you want multiple designs you will need to purchase multiple sets of 40.
We only use Lonestar Adhesive leatherette as their product is thicker, more durable, and has a stronger adhesive than anyone else on the market.
Leatherette is a vegan leather with heat activated adhesive already on the back.
Application instructions:
Preheat hat in hat press for 30 seconds at 315F with thin silicone sheet between the hat and platen
While heating hat, heat the back of the patch with a heat gun on low for 30 seconds (note: it's a heat gun not a blow drier)
When 30 seconds is over remove the heater and silicone pad from the hat and apply the patch to the hat in desired location, careful it's hot.
Press again for 30 seconds with the silicone pad. Check edges of the patch and make sure it stuck, if not adhered on the edges, repress the hat until you get desired results.
